Sparket Equestrian Events

Sparket Equestrian Events started off 20 years ago to provide Horse Shows and Events for all abilities based in the Penrith area. This has now evolved into running Flat, Working Hunter, In Hand Showing events and Tuition and Clinics mostly aimed at the Flat rider. 

Shows are run throughout the year mainly using Nord Vue Equestrian Centre thanks to Lowther Estates which has two spacious outdoor Arenas and plentiful parking.  January and February Shows are run at Greenlands Equestrian Centre with its multitude of Indoor and outdoor Arenas. Tuition and Clinics are mainly held at Breconbeds Indoor Arena during the winter months which has very good road connections to the A74, M6 and A69. . 

Sparket Equestrian Events run a Membership scheme offering discounted lesson fees, show entries and a Points scheme which is used for calculating STARS Points and places. Sparket Equestrian Events run points for all STARS Classes. STARS Points run from 1st March up to and including SPARKLE CHAMPIONSHIP which is a double points Show.  Additionally there is also a separate points scheme for Members which runs from 1st Jan to 31st December. 

All events are publicised on the website and can be entered on equoevents. There is an active Facebook page for Sparket Equestrian Events which is used to post Show times and Class numbers on as well as Show day updates.
